Chief Project Coordinator attended 3 Day Workshop on Techno –Entrepreneurs conducted by NSTEDB during 26th-28th May, 2003 at Bhopal.
On 24th September, 2003, a Guest Lecture was conducted on ‘Entrepreneurship & Leadership in the New Millenium” by Mr. R.C. Sharma (Mgmt. Consultant) and Mr. Vikas Arora (M.D. Swastik Consultant, Yamuna Nagar). Seventy Students from final year (all branches) attended the programme.
On 7th October, 2003, a Development Workshop on “Facing Challenges in Professional Education” by Sh. Sharu S. Rangnekar (Mgmt. Guru from Mumbai) was conducted for the faculty of MMEC. Sixty faculty members attended this Workshop.
On 8th Oct., 2003, a Workshop on ‘Climbing the Pyramids’ by Sh. Sharu S. Rangnekar was conducted for the students of MMEC. He talked about the changing scenario of the industries and how one should prepare oneself to face such changes. Forty Eight (48) students attended this Workshop.
On 14th – 16th, Oct., 2003 an Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp for the final year students (I.T. & Computer Branch) was conducted in which the following eminent personalities from industries and institutes shared their experiences with the students.

On 18th Oct., 2003, a Guest Lecture on “Managing Tough Times” was conducted by Mr. Vineet Kohli (Senior Project Officer - AICTE, New Delhi) for IIIrd year and final year Mechanical Students. Forty students attended this Guest Lecture.
October 2003- A Special Entrepreneurship development Programme (5 Days) on “Electronics Maintenance and Mobile Repairing” was organized. Twenty five students attended this program.
October 2003- Conducted Industrial visit for final year(ECE, EIE, Mech. Branch) students at OSAW Scientific Works Ambala Cantt.
November 2003- Organized one day workshop on “ Effective communication- Base to success” for final year students conducted by Mrs. Nirmal Bhatnagar from New Delhi.
November 2003- Conducted Industrial visit for final year Mech.students at Diesel Component Works, Patiala.
November 2003- Conducted Three day Entrepreneurship Development Camp for final year Electronics and communication students. Eighty students attended this program.
February 2004- Organized an Entrepreneurship Development Programme on Computer Hardware and maintenance for 3rd and final year Electronics and Communication, Computer Science and Information Technology students.
February 2004- An Entrepreneurship Development Programme on Fashion Technology for Women/Girls was organized for all branches of 3rd and final year students.
March 2004- A Two Day National Workshop cum Interactive Session on “Developing Entrepreneurial Skills & Competencies Contemporary Challenges” was organized.
Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of M.M. Engineering College has organized a Three day Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp from 22rd to 24th March, 2004 in the Seminar Hall for the Engineering students to enhance the entrepreneurial skills among the technical students.

Feburary 2005- Organised an “Entrepreneurship Awareness Week” Various activities like Group Discussions, debate, Mock Interviews etc were conducted during this week.
March 2005- Organised an “Industry Interface Meet”. Various eminent personalities & professionals from companies like National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) were speakers in the meet.
Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of M.M. Engineering College has organised a One day Workshop on 9th March, 2005 by Mr. Sanjay Moudgil, Management Consultant at 10.00 A.M. in the Lecture Theater-I of the MBA New Building for the ‘Final Year MBA & Electronics Engineering’ students to enhance the Management skills among the students.
Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of M.M. Engineering College has organised a Workshop Week from March 09-12, 2005 for Final Year MBA & Engineering’ students aimed at enhancing the presentation skills, communication power and role of motivation in building the Young Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow.
A One Day workshop on “Tech Entrepreneurship” was organized on Nov. 09, 2004 in which 50 students from Final year mechanical & Electrical engg. participated.
A Two Day Workshop on “Creativity & Innovation” was organized from Aug20 -21, 2004. 60 students attended the workshop.

February 2006- 6 weeks Technology based Entrepreneurship development program from (Feb 22nd – March 31st on Repair & Maintenance of scientific instruments was organized.
August 2006- Organised a Personality Development Workshop in the campus of polytechnic college, Ambala. Forty (40) students participated in the program.
October 2006-Organised a special programme for creating Entrepreneurship Development in Fashion Designing.
December 2006-Entrepreneurship development programme on “Export marketing” was organized. 30 students participated in the program.

Three faculty member of M M Engineering College were sponsored by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College to attend National workshop on Industry Institute Interaction-2007 at NIT Kurukshetra on 14 Feb 2007.
Expert Lecture on ‘Business Oppurtunities’ was delivered by Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Prof. & Head (Mechanical Engg. Deptt), IIT Roorkee, Organised by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College on 01-08-2007.
One week Training Programme on ‘Pro - E’ by Mr. Tajinder Singh, Pro- E Expert Faculty, Chandigarh, was Organised by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College from 15-10-2007 to 19-10-2007. 30 students of third year Mech Engg Deptt attended this workshop.
Two faculty member of M M Engineering College were sponsored by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College to attend National Symposium ETM-2007 at NIT Kurukshetra on 27 Dec 2007.
One Day Personality Development workshop By Dr H B L Vohra was Organised by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College on 11 April 2008. 30 students attended this workshop.
“Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp” was organized in collaboration with ISTE, from Oct 20-21, 2008. Total 30 students attended the programme and got benefited.
One Week training programme on “Computer Aided Design through Modern Software Packages” was Organised by Entrepreneurship Development Cell of M M Engineering College from 20-24 Oct, 2008, for Final and Third year students.
Department of Mech Engg & Entrepreneurship Development Cell, in collaboration with NITTTR Chandigarh has organized one week training programme on “Entreneurship, Innovation & Incubation” from 27-31 Jan, 2009. Nearly 100 teachers from M M Engg College and nearby colleges attended this training programme.
“Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp” was organized by HARDICON (Sponsored by DST, GOI) in collaboration with Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Biotech Engg Deptt 0f M M Engg College, from March 04-05, 2010 for students of Biotech Deptt. Total 80 students attended the programme and got benefited.
“Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp” was organized by HARDICON (Sponsored by DST, GOI) in collaboration with Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Biotech Engg Deptt 0f M M Engg College, from March 15-16, 2010 for students of Hotel management Institute. Total 30 students attended the programme and got benefited.
