For B.Sc. (Non Medical): The candidates should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or an equivalent Examination from any recognized Board/ University with at least five subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
The B.Sc (non-medical)-M.Sc integrated degree Programme is covered in five academic years consisting of ten semesters (223 credits). This course aims to provide the students an in-depth understanding and training in chemical sciences, physics and mathematics for first three years and then students may pursue a more specialized course of study and become more competitive in their fields of specialisation in Chemistry, physics and mathematics. After completion of this five year degree course student may pursue career in research, teaching, laboratory work, banking sector or pharmaceutical industry. The degree can also be useful for some engineers and people who work in industry, as well as people interested in certain areas of environmental science.
