This course equips the students with conceptual knowledge about different relevant aspects of Agriculture. The students are trained to understand the ground issues of agrarian community and skilled to address the issue through policy reforms or by innovating and implementing best practices. Students get a full exposure of the impact of new techniques, trending agricultural practices, and efforts needed for agro-development. The vision is to create professionals to work for the upgradation of agriculture and farmers.
This course is important not just to train the youth in ever-expanding food cultivation and food processing industry but also to guide the youth to create economic independence. There is no dearth of jobs after doing a agriculture-specific course. Food processing units, horticulture plants, agro-based units and even agro-marketing groups offer lucrative opportunities to the youth to grow and develop their career.

The candidates should have passed 10th class from any recognized Board.
