National Service Scheme, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, popularly known as NSS was launched in Gandhiji’s Birth Centenary Year 1969. At present, the university has 5 NSS units in which more than 500 volunteers are involved.

Advocacy on community health
Organizing Nukkad Nataks to spread information on Social Contemporary issues.
