Training of Trainers (TOT) Neonatal Resuscitation Program

The current Neonatal Mortality of India in 22 per 1000 live birth and neonatal asphyxia account for 20.9% of neonatal death. Neonatal resuscitation when implemented systematically by trained personnel can reduce significant number of neonatal deaths, so it is imperative to train health care personals.

M.M.College of Nursing in collaboration with Indian association of Neonatal Nurses (IANN) is organizing Training of Trainers (TOT) on “Neonatal Resuscitation Program” on 24th March 2021.

Dr. (Mrs.) Jyoti Sarin, currently working as Principal, dean faculty of nursing at MM College of nursing, Mullana, Ambala. She is president of IANN, active member of National Neonatology Forum (NNF), TNAI and NQOCN. She is a guide and examiner for PhD consortium of Indian Nursing Council. She has significant numbers of publications in indexed journals. She attended SIDA’s Programme in child survival at Sweden & Vietnam sponsored by SIDA. She is Master Trainer of Kangaroo Mother Care, Essential Newborn care, Virtual capacity building Program for midwifery faculty, Certified Coach of POCQI and Master Trainer of NRP- India.
