MM Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, popularly known as MMIPR is one of the leading institutes of North India established in the year 2001 to impart internationally accepted education and training in Physiotherapy program. MMIPR offer BPT, MPT with 5 specialization and Ph.D with due diligence and makes sure that the quality of teaching and mentorship is excellent at all moment of time. 3. Sports Physiotherapy

      • Students can join athletic training centres/clubs, health and fitness centres, sports training academy, as a team Physio for various competitive sports events physiotherapy & rehabilitation centre, NGO’s at both private and public sector.
      • Entrepreneurship ventures such as Consultants or home-based rehabilitation can be started.
      • Students can go for an academic job.
      • Students can opt higher studies like Ph.D. or can join as research assistant.

4. Pediatric Physiotherapy

      • Students can find Job Opportunities in Pediatric and Neonatal Intesive Care Units, OPD of various hospitals, NGO’s at both private and public Sector.
      • Students can also continue as a research fellow and work on current and viable applications in the field of Physiotherapy

5. Cardiopulmonary physiotherapy

      • Students can attain jobs in critical care unit of primary, secondary or tertiary level care hospitals, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation units, NGO’s at both private and public sector.

 

    • Students can also opt for PhD in Physiotherapy post completing their Masters degree

After doing BPT or MPT; a student of MMDU is eligible to get job offers from foreign companies as well. Our degrees are globally recognized and preferred by top MNCs of the world in healthcare sector.

Other than that, students are also eligible for credential evaluation process. The entire curriculum of BPT is enriched as per foreign credential guidelines (FCCPT, WES, and CARP). Students are eligible for licensing exam.They can also opt for higher education or jobs in various hospitals/clinics.

We have a fully functional Student Council in the department to plan extra academic activities for students. We organize various training programs, workshops, industry visits and expert talks throughout the year for our students. We conduct many focused Seminars and job-specific training programs as well, that helps the students get exposure of real industry challenges.

MMIPR is regularly organising various training programs and guidance to the innovation minded students. We have already filed three patents for instruments designed by students and one of them is already published. Our students have obtained 25 copyrights and more than 50 research articles published in Scopus/PubMed/web of sciences indexed journals in last five years. Also, our students are presenting their innovative research working various recognised platform (conferences/seminars of State/national/international level) and secured the awards.
