One such innovative work has been done by Navdeep Singh who is a student of the Department of Computer Science Engineering in 8th semester at MMDU, Mullana. He has designed a website to share the real time statistics of Covid-19 under the mentorship of CSE department. These statistics are mapped with the data of ICMR.

The Website http://covid-19-portal.herokuapp.com has an impressive User Interface. The website also shares real-time statistics for different states and also in chronological order. The information presentation on the website is another plus point. It is worth mentioning that Navdeep has created this website without any expert or professional team’s help.

Indeed, youngsters like Navdeep have emerged as digital warrior in India’s fight against this pandemic. Navdeep credits the success of his maiden attempt to the positive and supportive attitude of MMDU’s faculty. He shared how his teachers guided and helped him execute the idea with perfection. The Department of CSE, MMDU has always been known for encouraging the spirit of ideation and innovation in the youth.
