MMICT&BM(MCA) conducted an Induction Programme on 21st September,2019 for new entrant teaching as well as non teching staff members of the department. The main emphasis of this Faculty Development Program was on Human Values. Dr.Sumit Mittal, Registrar, MMDU inaugurated the induction programme and made aware with the organisation.he also emphasized on Human values which is the necessity of todays society. He said that Human values are the life and blood of any organization and in an educational institute these have an utmost importance . Human values guide people to take into the account the human element when one interacts with other human. Faculty from MCA deptt also shared his view on human value.He said that the role of eductaion-sanskar is to faclitate the development of the competence to live with definite human conduct.
