They are MBA from IMD, Switzerland and an Engineering Degree from Roorkee, India. Founder and CEO at Cultiv8 Ventures, They have 15 years of professional experiences including over 10 years for a leading multinational company, working across 20 countries in both mature and emerging markets. They held general management as well as specialized positions in industrial project management, marketing and business innovation. These roles involved various local stakeholders from businesses, people, and governments in different countries, including France, India, Indonesia and Nigeria. They have a track record in business Model innovations including the launch of successful corporate start-ups. Ability to work across cultures, engaging people in an “out of the box” mindset. They are managing a non-profit association hospital that take care of 24000 people per year in Rishikesh (India) and a school educating 225 children from the slums of New Delhi.
