The “Poster and Rangoli Competition” was held on 14th August 2024 on the occasion of 78th Independence day at the Faculty of Agriculture, MMDU Mullana, Ambala to celebrate cultural diversity and artistic expression. Participants showcased their creativity through vibrant posters and intricate rangoli designs. Poster competition covered the theme ‘climate change and agriculture’ and Rangoli competition covered the theme ‘future of Indian agriculture’. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who displayed impressive skills in traditional art forms. Judges evaluated the entries based on originality, design, and relevance to the themes. The competition fostered a sense of community, encouraged teamwork, and highlighted the importance of respected themes. The winners of the competition were also awarded with the ‘gold, silver and bronze medal’. At the event, the director of agriculture (Prof.) Devi Singh presented the medals to the winners.
