MMICTBM successfully organized an enlightening workshop on High-Performance Computing (HPC) as part of the National Supercomputing Mission (NSM) and AICTE SANKALP—a Government of India initiative to strengthen HPC capabilities across the nation.
The workshop featured an in-depth session by Dr. Balvir Singh Thakur, an HPC Master Trainer and Professor from the Department of CSE/IT at UIT, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Dr. Thakur’s comprehensive presentation covered both the foundational concepts and the latest advancements in HPC and supercomputing, providing attendees with valuable insights and knowledge.
This initiative aligns with the goals of NSM and AICTE SANKALP to build capacity and awareness in the rapidly evolving field of HPC. We are proud to contribute to this mission and look forward to furthering the growth of HPC expertise in our academic and research community.
