In the developing scenario of globalization it is essential for the banking organization to study the job satisfaction of their employee to increase the productivity or organization. Employees are the strength of every organization with the help or employee they can attain the organizational goals. Most of the researcher contributes toward the improvement of job satisfaction among women employees. To improve the morale of women employee it is essential for the organization to overcome with problems of discrimination at workplace, traditionally women committed to their family, child and household work and men are engage the activities to earn and do the external affairs of household. But now in changing scenario both men and women actively participate in both development of economy. Banking sector provides best job opportunity to women. Women gradually join the workforce in banking sector. The research article studied the nine factors that influence job satisfaction of women employee in banking sector. A sample of 270 women district of Haryana was used for study. The paper compares the level of satisfaction between both public and private banking sector through use of Anova, Chi- square test and regression analysis.
