MMDU under the guidelines of AICTE has established its own robust Online Grievance Portal entitled as MMDU ONE POINT SOLUTION. The portal is internet based and can be accessed from across the globe.

Any students enrolled in MMDU can place their query /complaint/grievance on the portal by visiting ops.mmumullana.org

The user name and password for accessing the same is provided at the time of admission and the profile can be maintained and updated by the students thereafter. In case a student forgets his / her username and password, they can approach the ERP cell for recovering the same
