Wireless communication is new technology which is fastest growing area. It regularly increased data rates and coverage areas. With the emergent demand and tons of access of wireless services, users expect better quality of service in network. In Quality of service, it is ability of any network which provides a service at a definite service level. In QOS, good throughput and minimum delay is difficult task in network. In this paper, implementing UMTS network using OPNET MODELER to perform the point to point quality parameter of network. Point to point quality is checked between RNC and SGSN.
