Human rights are attached to human beings and it function as moral guarantees in support of our claims towards the enjoyment of basic needs of life. Natural rights are inherent in the human beings, and are considered as natural rights. An individual enters into society with natural basic rights and no government can disown these rights. Even the expressions of natural rights can be found in the Hindu Vedas, Agamas and Upanishads as well as in the Bible, Torah and Quran texts that underpin all of the world’s major religions. Gender Justice, simply put refers to equality between the sexes. Gender based discrimination against female is pervasive across the world. Over the few decades, gender justice and women empowerment have been explicitly recognized as the key to social and economic development of a country. The main challenging hindrance in development of the women, which is the vulnerable section of society, is lack of education among them. The Indian polity more or less has always tried to cope with the contemporary need- based development of laws for the specified purposes. It may be in the field of human rights, politics, civil rights, constitutional rights, gender justice etc.
