Lone and Bombay Lawyers Association in the Supreme Court for the independent probe of the circumstance led to the death of Justice Loya who was a CBI court judge hearing the Shorabbudin Sheikh encounter case. But the PIL for probe in this case was dismissed on the ground that three judges of the Bombay high court were present at the time of his death. Justice V Rama Swami Case of impeachment who was found guilty for ostentatious expenditure on his official residence.
