Sexual Harassment is unwelcomed sexual behavior, which could be expected to make person feel offended. It can be physical verbal or written. Sexual Harassment has focused almost exclusively on harassment by co-workers and supervisors at work place. It is against the law. Vishakha’s case is popularly known and also a landmark judgement which is discussed in the paper. The aim of the paper is to explain punishments given under Indian laws which will be explained further.
