In most of existing queueing models, primary queue is considered to analysis the behaviour of the system .Such systems are inadequate to tackle the concept of secondary queue. There are many situations arise in day to day life in which secondary queues form due to limited service provided by the server in the system. The present paper deals with the analytical study of secondary queueing model with service surrender facility using MATLAB.
