This paper investigate a general flowshop scheduling problem under fuzzy environment. The objective of the paper is twofold i.e to minimize the tardiness of the jobs on one side while to find the satisfaction level of decision maker on other side. The membership functions of fuzzy due date assign I.e how much precent the customer is satisfied about the service within the time frame. The study has been made through heuristic application and the results are presented graphically which is helpful for the goodwill of the company when there is huge demand in the market.
