Traumatic brain injury (TBI) can lead to cognitive impairment including attentional deficits, memory loss and intellectual dysfunction, which affect the individual’s social and functional activities. Transcranial direct current stimu- lation (tDCS) is an emerging modality among non-invasive brain stimulation methods being used to improve cognitive functions by modulating cortical activity and inducing neuroplasticity mechanisms. This case report has demonstrate the effectiveness of tDCS combined with concomitant cognitive training in rehabilitation of cognitive function in a patient with chronic TBI
