Technology is imperative to life and learning. The classrooms in the K-12 and Higher Education domains have gone over an exponential change. This paradigm shift has occurred in the same amount the world has invented tools and technologies. The change would have been for the good in education if we were able to match the tempo and temper of technology. There are gaps and pain areas we can see in the Teaching of English Language and Literature and Communication Skills in English. This paper shall present observed issues in English language proficiency objectives and the role of technology in failing sincere learning. Pedagogy change, as well as Integration of experience-based Technology Tools into Classroom Teaching, shall also be shared. The integration of EdTech Tools into Language and Literature teaching shall be described with the help of an Integration Model cum Strategy. The paper presentation is aimed at up skilling and skill development of the English Language Teachers and Students.
