The paper concerns our sustained efforts for introduction of the concept of an n-tuple fuzzy metric space (named as V- fuzzy metric space) and to study its basic topological properties. As the application of this concept, we prove coupled common fixed point theorems for mixed weakly monotone maps in partially ordered V- fuzzy metric space. An example quoted in this paper also corroborated fully with the main result. Also, here we introduce the concept of symmetric V- fuzzy metric space. Under the influence of symmetric property on V- fuzzy metric space, its conversion materializes to the main result from V- fuzzy metric space to fuzzy metric space.
