Department of Physics organized an industrial visit to Northern Railway, Jagadhri Workshop, Yamunanagar on 11th April 2014 for final year students of M.Sc Physics. About 90 students and 5 faculty members participated in the activity. The primary aim of the tour was to make the students familiar with Mechanical machinery and make them aware about the importance of dynamics and construction of railway engine maintenance system.
