The Department of Law, MM(DU) has established Anti-Ragging Desk in collaboration with DLSA, Ambala under the supervision of Sh. Vikram Aggarwal, Ld. District & Session Judge cum Chairman, DLSA, Ambala and Sh. Danish Gupta, CJM-cum-Secretary. Sh. Jagmal Singh, PLV appointed by DLSA enlightened the BALLB First Year students (Fresher) about the anti-ragging laws. He made them aware about different kinds of ragging which are punishable under Indian law viz. dress code ragging, physical or oral ragging, intimidation, compulsion to drugs and sexual exploitation, etc.
