Awadhi Cuisine

MMICT & BM (HM) organised a Workshop on Awadhi Cuisine, conducted by Chef Bidesh Biswas, Executive Chef, Hometel Hotel, Chandigarh on 6th November 2019. The chef opened the workshop with a short briefing about Awadhi cooking, its special techniques like Dum cooking & special ingredients being used for the preparations. He also explained the historical influence behind the cuisine of Awadh.
