The institute organised a five days (06-01-2017 to 11-01-2017) workshop on baking for the general public. Chef Jatinder Thakur and Chef Madan Singh conducted the workshop. In the comprehensive five-day workshop, the chefs focused on major cake mixing methods, including the one-stage, classic and modified creaming, icing methods, frosting recipes and more.
