MMICT & BM (Hotel Management) organized one day workshop on Food Hygiene and Basic Healthy Practices on March 18, 2019. The workshop was conducted by FSATo, which is a registered organization of the professional voice for environmental health along with FSSAI. The resource person Mr. Paramjeet Singh Deol, MD FSATO, in his presentation and interaction with the audience emphasized on the different hazards present in food, food spoilage, material handling and pre-production processing and so many other issues related to food hygiene and safety.
