The Department of Mathematics and Humanities celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2018 in the Sports Complex of the university. Dr. Shiv Kumar, a well known practitioner from the Ministry of Ayush, Govt. Of India took a fitness session of the present students and faculty as well. The purpose of the event was to introduce some simple but useful exercises for the improvement of the physical and mental health. The instructor made the session lively through words and actions.
