MMICT&BM (HM) organized a one-day workshop on Molecular Gastronomy, Food Styling and Plating on Friday, 28th Oct 2016. The workshop was taken by Mr. Sanjay Thakur, In Flight Chef, Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi. He came especially from Dubai to conduct the one-day full time training session and demonstration in the specialized field of Molecular Gastronomy, a novel idea in India so far.
