The World Health Organization and its global partners observed World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) on 31st May 2019. Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be) University also took the initiative and participated in the same. The main focus of the event was to say “No” to tobacco in order to improve lung health and thus help save many lives. On this day, the students and the faculty members of MMICT & BM (MCA) took the pledge against tobacco consumption.
