M.M College of Nursing organized a workshopon ‘‘Emerging trends in nursing leadership’’on 15th May 2017. The inaugural session was done by the chief guest Dr. Sandhya Gupta (Lecturer, College of Nursing, All India Institute of Medical Sciences). The aims of the workshop were todiscuss about the concept of leadership, describe the leadership models, explain the leadership theories & recognize scope of leadership in nursing. More than 100 participants attended the workshop.
