M.M. College of Nursing in collaboration with M.M. Institute of Nursing organized a workshop on EMERGING TRENDS IN NURSING LEADERSHIP on 15th May 2017. The inaugural session was done by the chief guest Dr. Sandhya Gupta, Lecturer, College of Nursing, AIIMS. The aim of the workshop was to discuss about the concept of leadership, describe the leadership models, explain the leadership theories and recognize scope of leadership in nursing. Total 112 participants attended the workshop.
