A Faculty Development Programme was organized by Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Maharishi Markandeshwar College of Dental Sciences and Research on 15th September 2017 which was attended by 30 participants to improve teaching methods of the faculty imparting knowledge on dental subjects. It was successfully conducted and fulfilled the aim to train and sensitize the teachers about new concepts in teaching and assessment methods. The resource persons for the programme were Dr.AnjanaBagewadi, Vice-Principal, K.L.E University Dental College & Hospital, Belgaum and Dr.VaishaliKeluskar, Prof.& Head, K.L.E University Dental College & Hospital, Belgaum. The programme was appreciated by the attending faculty and was enriched by fruitful discussion among the faculties of various departments.
