MMICT&BM (Hotel Management) organized a one day workshop on Food Safety Training in collaboration with FSATO (Food Safety Awareness & Training Organization) powered by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) on 22 January, 2019. The trainers emphasized on the fact that poor diet today is the number one risk factor for diseases globally. The workshop aimed at training the students at advance level in hygienic and sanitary practices for general food manufacturing.
