Advanced Practice Internship

This PHARMACY PRACTICE MODULE-VIII with theme “ADVANCED PRACTICE INTERNSHIP” is being conducted with aim of making participant aware with daily activities in hospital like ward rounds, practical aspects of patient case studies, dissemination of drug related information, procedures of detection, monitoring and reporting of adverse drug monitoring (ADR), and understanding issues related to drug therapies with special emphasis on rational use of medicines.

Dr. Medhi also Chief Editor Indian Journal of Pharmacology(IJP) nominated from 2017-2020.

Dr. Deepika

Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy practice / Clinical Research NIPER, Mohali (PB) INDIA ,MBBS, MD, DM (Clinical Pharmacology)

Dr. Deepika has more than 20 research papers have been published in reputed journals. Her major research areas of interest are designing, conduct, analyze and interpret the results of various phases (Phase I-IV) of clinical trials. She has strong interest in large-scale evidence (in particular randomized trials and meta-analyses) and in appraisal and control of diverse biases in biomedical research.

Dr. P.P. Khosla

Professor and Head, Department of Pharmacology, MMIMSR, Mullana – Ambala

Earlier he was Professor & Head at Subharti Medical College and formally at CMC Ludhiana. He has been awarded with UK seth Award for Best Research in Clinical Pharmacology in India. He is having many Publication in National & international Journals.

Dr. Ajay Prakash

Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology, PGIMER, Chandigarh (INDIA)

He has a strong interest in Non-clinical and Clinical pharmacology, Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and Biostatistics. He is also elected as Associate Editor of official journal of Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS) i.e. Indian Journal of Pharmacology (IJP) in 2017. He has 06 prestigious national and international awards. He has more than 55 research articles in National & International journals.

Dr. Rohit Bansal

He has more than 08 years experience in Pharmacovigilance field. He has more than 08 research papers have been published in reputed journals. He has a sound knowledge of 04 Pharmacovigilance software’s.

Dr. Vijit Agrawal

Sr. Pharmacovigilance Associate, NCC- PvPI, Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad, (UP) INDIA.

Currently he is working as a Sr. Pharmacovigilance Associate and Team Lead (NHP Division) at National Coordination Centre (NCC) – PvPI, Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, Ghaziabad. He has more than 6 years of experience in Research and Pharmacovigilance and he has published a number of papers and abstracts in National and international Journals
