For societal development, gender equality is very important. Boys and girls experience different poverty, face different barriers in accessing services, economic resources and political opportunities. The objective of this program is to increase awareness about gender sensitivity, understanding and to attain knowledge about gender equality, promotion and to encourage a general understanding of gender-related challenges, violence against women and the gender pay gap.
