MM(DU)’s Career Development Cell is responsible for creating, developing and analysing recruitment strategies. It helps students cast a strong and long-lasting impression on organisations and their recruitment managers so that they can get placed in the most lucrative positions.
Counselling of students and providing them enough employment-readiness is also one of the responsibilities our career development cell performs. Instilling important skills and professionalism in the students is one big function that this cell has to take up.
The CDC is also responsible for creating liaisons with hiring organisations and multinational companies with the aim to conduct interviews and similar selection activities. Students are made aware of the skill levels, aptitudes and attitudinal requirements that an organisation is looking for in their prospective employees and candidates.
We have also taken the responsibility for maintaining a very well synchronised and highly categorised database of students which can be referred to whenever there are suitable job vacancies available.Conducting on-campus interviews and mock discussions is also a vital function they perform.
